ABOUT QULAAN

The company name "Qulaan", is the name of the sea side of Hamata village, the bay
(where Hamata Marina is) and the islands.

The company was built by a group of experienced diving instructors who have worked for many years in the Red Sea and other locations around the world.

The company philosophy is creating new sea adventures in a still undeveloped and unspoilt area of the south Red Sea, which make diving, snorkelling and bird watching easy for you. This area extends from the Qulaan Islands to the Egypt-Sudan border.

We started our business with the inspiration of creating the "Qulaan Islands"
trip in 2005 and this has become the first example of our philosophy.
The concept for this trip was to include some educational facts about the
area and its wildlife as well as more activities than only snorkelling.

Without disturbing the pristine nature
and with absolute respect to
"Wadi el Gimal – Hamata" National Park
rules & regulations we continued
creating the
"Fury Shoal - SATAYH Overnight Trip"
as a second trip in 2006 for diving
and dolphins watching.

The third creation is our special route for the Live aboard (Hamata Safari).
We are creating an easy safari program in the south of Egypt which is normally known as a very
rough and difficult destination. We proved the opposite.
